Hitching to Heaven – Quince Orange Cardamom Marmalade ( I just found/heard through the vine that there is a Quince tree in town. It resides on a business property and goes unused! I’m stopping in this week to see if there are any left on the tree AND to see if the owners will allow me to have a few, or a dozen, in exchange for some of this marmalade!)
Eat the Love – Salted Apple Caramel Bourbon Glazed Donuts (I have to remember to add Irvin’s blog to my blog roll. I always enjoy his posts and recipes!)

Also this week I discovered a new cookbook, Southern Pies by Nancie McDermott – which I now need to order for soooo many reason including Peach-Pecan Pie, Shaker Lemon Pie, Bluegrass Cranberry Pie, Fried Apple Pie, German Chocolate Pie, Pecan Chiffon Pie, and Sweet Tea Pie – can you imagine! And of course the photography caught my eye too!
