It’s funny reading all of these food blogs as I can see that writers are thinking the same things. Over the last few weeks its been recipes with mushrooms which is perfect because I just got my first of four shares of mushrooms from my CSA. You get the normal veggie share and then you can sign up for these add-on shares like the cheese, mushroom and fruit. I didn’t know about the mushroom share until 5 weeks into the summer and by then it was too late to sign up. But when it came around again this fall for a 4 week period I jumped at the chance. I’ve already made a note that when we sign up next year we are doing the Mushroom share too!
This week the mushroom share was of Hedgehog mushrooms. I’d never heard of them but can’t wait to make something with them! I’ll be sure to share what and how they were.
